If you'd like to set up recurring cleaning services, we'll work with you to find the right schedule!

Our basic, most popular service for keeping your home clean, tidy, and guest-ready on a recurring (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) basis.

• Living Areas & Bedrooms: Basic tidying, dusting of all accessible surfaces, window sills, blinds, and decor; vacuuming of carpets and rugs; sweeping and mopping hard floors; and emptying wastebaskets.

• Kitchen Upkeep: Wiping down and sanitizing countertops, backsplashes, and the exterior of major appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, etc.).

• Bathrooms: Scrubbing and disinfecting the toilet, tub, shower walls, and sinks; wiping down vanity counters; and polishing mirrors and chrome fixtures.

• The Avonlea Touch: High-touch point sanitization (light switches and doorknobs) and light general tidying (such as making beds if requested or if sheets are provided).

If living are spaces excessively cluttered and require more time and effort than the normal scope of a standard cleaning, these cases will be treated as a deep cleaning with an additional charge*

Recommended for first-time clients, seasonal refreshes, or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in the last 3 months. This covers everything in a standard clean, plus detailed attention to built-up grime.

• Baseboards & Doors: Detailed hand-wiping of baseboards, door panels, and frames to eliminate fingerprints and scuffs.

• Personal Laundry ❌: Washing, drying, folding, or ironing personal clothing items. (We are happy to change bed linens if fresh sheets are left out, but full laundry processing is excluded.)
